With over 25 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in residential care, I’ve dedicated my working life to providing care that’s respectful, empowering, and tailored to each individual.

Since then, I’ve worked in a range of care roles, including one-to-one support for elderly clients. I believe in building genuine connections, taking the time to understand what matters most, and delivering care that fits around people’s lives – not the other way around.
